Widely regarded as one of the worst movies of the 1990s, the Stupids (starring Tom Arnold and Jessica Lundy) does have a small cult following. The movie's plot is centered around Stanley Stupid (Arnold) and his belief that his trash is being stolen. It really has to be seen to be believed.
