Applicability Determination Index
- The ADI is a database that contains memoranda issued by EPA on applicability and compliance issues associated with the New Source Performance Standards (NSPS), National Emissions Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants (NESHAP), and chlorofluorocarbons (CFC).
EPA Enforcement and Compliance History Online
- ECHO, Enforcement and Compliance History Online, provides compliance and enforcement information for facilities nationwide. ECHO includes permit, inspection, violation, enforcement action, and penalty. Information also is provided on surrounding demographics when available.
Import/Export Compliance Monitoring Program
