There must be an ethical violation or ethical problem pertaining to any site submitted.
"One Complainant" category is for a single episode of complaint or problem about a corporation or large business or one individual's complaint or problem. NOTE: The complaint or problem MUST BE ethical in nature, not simply slow service or someone being unhappy with a product or service. The ethical complaint often but not necessarily is a violation of local law and certainly a violation of widely accepted business ethics.
