Submitted sites should predominantly contain content about a variety of fantasy races and/or creatures. Sites about a particular fantasy being not available in a subcategory may be listed in the Fantasy Races and Creatures category. Although a site may contain diverse aspects of the topic - ranging among multimedia, literature, community, art and artists, mythology, belief, fiction and non-fiction - submitted sites should predominantly focus on fantasy races and/or creatures with specific sites submitted to their applicable subcategory. Should the site submitted be not applicable to this category, one of the following related categories or their subcategories may be appropriate: Cryptozoology, Otherkin or Folklore. If your site doesn''t meet the above criteria, and is submitted here anyway, inclusion in the directory can be delayed by the sorting process. Please try to find the most specific category for your site before submitting. Thank you, and please enjoy submitting your website.
Fantasy races and creatures are beings with ties to history, religion, legends and mythology as well as imagination and fiction. The lines separating these may not be easily visible. They may also be clearly defined by those who are passionate about them. Where traditional origins are drawn into fantasy and pop culture - past and present - is where this category begins.
