Amaranth is a small grain, high in iron and calcium.
A common grain sold in a variety of forms, including barley flakes, pearled barley, black barley, and pressed barley.
Buckwheat is a grain used in a variety of forms: as flour, grits, whole groats, and roasted (kasha).
A small grain that can be served whole or sprouted.
Only sites with multiple oat recipes will be listed. The site should focus on recipes using oats or oat products. You may submit the result of a search for oat recipes on a site, provided a URL exists that points directly to those results.

Recipes featuring rice of all kinds, including brown, white, and heirloom varieties of rice. Wild rice is also included here because it used in cooking as rice, although it is not botanically a true rice.
